Walk With Confidence

Muay Thai

Muay Thai is one of the world's greatest fighting sports. It is the national sport of Thailand and has evolved for hundreds of years. Here at New World Combat, we are proud to offer many classes on traditional Muay Thai. A striking art, Muay Thai focuses on powerful kicks, punches, knees and elbows. Due to its combative nature, Muay Thai provides excellent training for both in and out of the ring. Students will need proper training attire such as t-shirts and shorts, hand wraps, 16 oz gloves, and eventually shin guards.
